Youth Sports: Do This, Not That
Do: praise effort, teach fundamentals, celebrate great teammates.
Don’t: chase status, coach from the sideline, make wins the only story.
Simple rule you can post on the fridge:
Try hard. Be kind. Be coachable.

Pick three nights for dinner together. Protect them.
